Application for Admission Form:

Complete the admission form entirely and mail to Clarksville Theological Seminary.

Transcript Form:

Complete the Transcript Request form, then give it to the high school from which you graduated. Instruct them to send your transcript directly to Clarksville Theological Seminary. This should be done as soon as you graduate. If you are transferring from another college, mail your completed Transcript Request form to your former college.

Pastor Reference Form:

Complete the first section of the Pastor's Reference form, then give it to your pastor. This form should be completed and sent directly to Clarksville Theological Seminary.

Personal Reference Form:

Complete the first section of the Personal Reference forms, then give them to two adults who know you very well. These forms should not be given to relatives. These should be sent directly to Clarksville Theological Seminary.

The Department of Church Ministries instructs men and women who have a desire and a passion to be used of God. If you have been serving the Lord for years and desire to go back to school or if you are newly surrendered and are seeking a place to prepare for the work that the Lord has called you to; explore the programs of study at Clarksville's Department of Church Ministries.

Clarksville's Department of Church Ministries will prepare students with:

A doctrinally sound and biblically solid foundation of the Word of God

A deeper understanding of the philosophy of the ministry and of Christian service

Practical instruction and training in various areas of service in the local church

Opportunities to apply the classroom instruction each week

Through the Clarksville Degree Programs, of the Department of Church Ministries, the student will receive the instruction and training needed to be used of God in the areas of Pastoral Ministry, Youth Ministry, Evangelism, Missions, as well as for Christians that desire a deeper understanding of the Word of God and to serve in the ministries of the local church.
